While working full time at Genova for a year and a half, our PMP-certified Project Manager directed 30 multi-organizational teams. We administered the proposal process from project inception to final delivery for Department of Defense and commercial clients.

During this amazing gig, we applied our leadership, strategic planning, technical writing, editing, and design capabilities to support the proposal workforce. We also developed boilerplate text, templates, case studies, sales briefs, and marketing materials for the company.

In addition, we effectively updated all design and graphic images for simplicity, clarity, and impact.
